International Shipping

We ship worldwide! International orders typically take 7-21 business days depending on customs processing and destination. Shipping costs and taxes are calculated at checkout.

Digital Products

Digital products are delivered instantly via email after payment confirmation. You'll receive a download link or access instructions within minutes.

Order Processing

  • Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST ship the same business day
  • Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST ship the next business day
  • We do not ship on weekends or holidays
  • You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships

Physical Products

How to Return an Item

  1. Contact us with your order number and reason for return
  2. We'll provide a return authorization and shipping instructions
  3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging
  4. Ship the item back using the provided label (if applicable)
  5. We'll process your refund within 5-7 business days of receiving the return

Refund Details

  • Refund Amount: Full purchase price (minus original shipping costs for non-defective returns)
  • Processing Time: 5-7 business days after we receive your return
  • Refund Method: Original payment method
  • Return Shipping: Free for defective/incorrect items; customer pays for other returns

Exchanges

We don't offer direct exchanges at this time. Please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the replacement product.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We'll arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.

Important: Report damaged items within 7 days of delivery for fastest resolution.

Lost or Missing Packages

If your tracking shows "delivered" but you haven't received the package:

  • Check with neighbors or building management
  • Look around your delivery area (porches, mailboxes, etc.)
  • Wait 24 hours (sometimes "delivered" scans are premature)
  • Contact us if you still can't locate the package—we'll work with the carrier to resolve it
