International Shipping
We ship worldwide! International orders typically take 7-21 business days depending on customs processing and destination. Shipping costs and taxes are calculated at checkout.
Digital Products
Digital products are delivered instantly via email after payment confirmation. You'll receive a download link or access instructions within minutes.
Order Processing
- Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST ship the same business day
- Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST ship the next business day
- We do not ship on weekends or holidays
- You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships

How to Return an Item
- Contact us with your order number and reason for return
- We'll provide a return authorization and shipping instructions
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging
- Ship the item back using the provided label (if applicable)
- We'll process your refund within 5-7 business days of receiving the return
Refund Details
- Refund Amount: Full purchase price (minus original shipping costs for non-defective returns)
- Processing Time: 5-7 business days after we receive your return
- Refund Method: Original payment method
- Return Shipping: Free for defective/incorrect items; customer pays for other returns
Exchanges
We don't offer direct exchanges at this time. Please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the replacement product.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We'll arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.
Important: Report damaged items within 7 days of delivery for fastest resolution.
Lost or Missing Packages
If your tracking shows "delivered" but you haven't received the package:
- Check with neighbors or building management
- Look around your delivery area (porches, mailboxes, etc.)
- Wait 24 hours (sometimes "delivered" scans are premature)
- Contact us if you still can't locate the package—we'll work with the carrier to resolve it
